About the Role:
As a Manager/Deputy Manager in HR Audit and Contract Management at Maruti
Suzuki India Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all HR processes and
contracts are executed with precision and in compliance with statutory requirements.
Reporting to the relevant department heads, your responsibilities include executing
audit plans, managing MIS for HR audits, and overseeing the maintenance of all
central HR contracts and service agreements. You will also be responsible for
deploying best practices horizontally across the organization to drive efficiency and
compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
→ Audit Execution:
o Ensure the execution of audit plans and maintain detailed process
documentation.
→ Cross-Department Coordination:
o Coordinate with Plant-HR/BUHR and other relevant departments to
ensure seamless audit and contract management processes.
→ MIS Reporting:
o Manage and maintain MIS reports related to HR audits.
→ Contract Management:
o Oversee the management and maintenance of all central HR contracts
and service agreements.
→ Best Practice Deployment:
o Implement and deploy best practices across Maruti Suzuki India Limited
to improve HR audit and contract management efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies:
→ HR Audit Experience:
o Hands-on experience in conducting HR audits.
→ Legal & Compliance:
o Sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory regulations.
→ Contract Management:
o Proficiency in contract management and understanding of the tendering
process.
→ Analytical Skills:
o Strong analytical skills to assess audit findings and develop actionable
insights.
→ Communication:
o Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively
communicate with stakeholders.
