Job Description:

  • Exceptional written communication skills with a preference for content or article
    writing experience.
  • Transform raw customer feedback into clear documentation.
  • Effectively engage with customers to clarify feedback or gather additional information.
  • Report issues with tools and software promptly.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying issues and proposing enhancements.
  • Create training modules and share knowledge about project policies, guidelines, and
    best practices.

  • Work with prototype assets or relevant experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

About the team:

Astro is Amazon’s innovative household robot utilizing AI and Intelligent Motion for
intuitive interactions with people and spaces. Designed to assist with tasks like home
monitoring and family communication, Astro combines advancements in AI,
computer vision, sensor technology, voice, and edge computing to provide helpful and
convenient solutions.

We are hiring for the following location:

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Basic Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any engineering and business operations, preferably in quantitative
    fields like science and engineering.
  • Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and proficiency in Word,
    Excel, IE, Firefox, etc

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BE, B Tech, Master of Computer Applications (MCA), BSc Computers, BCA, MSc
    Information Technology (IT).
  • QA testing knowledge with manual testing skills.
