About the Role:

We are seeking a designer who can deliver very premium, movie-poster style thumbnails. The
visuals should evoke the high-quality packaging of a movie or documentary, steering clear of
the typical YouTuber smile (e.g., MrBeast-style) and avoiding red arrows or other cheap
gimmicks.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Creative Conceptualization:
o Develop high-quality, premium thumbnail designs that capture a cinematic
feel.
→ Design Development:
o Produce compelling thumbnail assets that align with a refined, movie-poster
aesthetic.
→ Collaboration:
o Work closely with the creative team to receive and incorporate feedback.
→ Iteration & Timely Delivery:
o Create three or more thumbnail options per video while maintaining quick
turnaround times.
Requirements:

  • Proven proficiency in Photoshop with a strong portfolio demonstrating
    premium thumbnail designs.
  • Ability to produce designs that emulate a cinematic, documentary-style
    aesthetic.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Capability to work quickly and efficiently under deadlines, producing multiple
    design concepts per video.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
