About the Role:
Join Tiruvalla Medical Mission Hospital as a Multimedia Executive, where you’ll harness
your creative and technical expertise to produce engaging content across video,
photography, and digital platforms. You will collaborate with marketing,
communications, and clinical teams to visually communicate our hospital’s services,
events, and educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Content Creation: Develop videos, infographics, presentations, and social media
graphics to support hospital campaigns and patient education.
→ Video Production: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos—ranging from
promotional clips to training modules.
→ Photography: Capture images for digital and print materials, including facility
tours, events, and staff highlights.
→ Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of multimedia assets
(images, video, audio) for easy access and version control.
→ Trend Monitoring: Stay current on multimedia and digital media trends,
recommending new tools and techniques to enhance content.
→ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, communications, and
clinical teams to ensure brand consistency and project alignment.

Requirements:
→ 2–3 years of proven experience in a multimedia or digital design role.
→ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After
Effects) and multimedia tools.
→ Strong video editing skills, including color correction, audio mixing, and motion
graphics.
→ Excellent storytelling and visual communication abilities.
→ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
→ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare
environment.
