Responsibilities and Job Roles:

• Civil 3D Infrastructure/ (wet/dry Utilities) Modeler – Design and model civil
  infrastructure projects using Civil 3D.
• MicroStation Infrastructure/ (wet/dry Utilities) Draftsman – Create detailed
  drafts for infrastructure projects using MicroStation.
• BIM (MEP Modeler) – Design and model MEP systems for infrastructure and pump
  station projects using BIM software.
• BIM (Architectural Modeler) – Develop and manage architectural designs and
  models in BIM.
• Electrical Supervisor – Oversee electrical systems installation and maintenance
  across projects.
• BIM Structure Modeler – Create structural models for projects using BIM
  technologies.
• BIM Electrical Modeler – Develop electrical models and ensure compliance with
  project requirements.
• Fit-out Draftsman – Provide detailed drafts for the interior fit-out designs.
• MEP Draftsman – Develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drafts for
  construction projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of GCC work experience in the relevant field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software like Civil 3D, MicroStation, BIM, and MEP.
• Strong understanding of project specifications, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and communicate effectively with clients and
  stakeholders.
