About the Role:
As a Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and support robust wired/wireless networks and OT systems for global manufacturing.
You’ll work on site delivery, customer support, system troubleshooting, virtualization, cybersecurity, and quality assurance for complex automation networks.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Design and implement network infrastructure for DeltaV, OT, and IT systems
📌 Administer Windows domains, remote access, server management, backup/recovery
📌 Program and harden switches, routers, and firewalls; manage patch and antivirus solutions
📌 Conduct system architecture workshops, FAT, documentation, and technical queries with customers
📌 Perform incident response, escalate project issues, and provide global remote/field support
📌 Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards (ISO/OSI, IEC 62443), quality and regulatory guidelines
📌 Engage in professional development and contribute to team solutions and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
🎯 5+ years’ demonstrated experience in OT/IT networking, server, and cybersecurity
🎯 Certifications: CCNA (required), CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Server Admin, or similar
🎯 Strong experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, network monitoring, and group policy
🎯 Knowledge of perDUE, OPC, Modbus, TCP/IP industrial protocols
🎯 Analytical, proactive, collaborative, effective communicator
