About the Role:
As a Nursing Officer at Apollo Hospitals, you will leverage your clinical expertise and
leadership skills to provide high‑quality nursing care. You will assess patient health,
implement care plans, guide junior staff, and uphold the hospital’s commitment to
exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
→ Recording & Assessment: Record comprehensive medical histories and
symptoms; perform detailed nursing assessments.
→ Medication & Treatment: Administer medications, therapies, and point‑of‑care
tests in accordance with prescribed protocols.
→ Team Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient
care, including ward rounds and handovers.
→ Patient Support & Education: Provide bedside care, educate patients and
families on treatment plans, and offer emotional support.
→ Inventory & Equipment: Maintain nursing inventory, operate medical equipment,
and ensure supplies are readily available.
→ Continuous Learning: Attend regular in‑service education sessions to stay
updated on best practices and clinical guidelines.
Requirements:
→ Graduate in GNM Nursing, B.Sc. Nursing, or M.Sc. Nursing with first division in
10th and 12th.
→ Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on nursing experience in a hospital setting.
→ Strong interpersonal, communication, and team‑building skills.
→ Ability to coordinate patient care and provide moral support under pressure.
→ Basic computer literacy for record‑keeping and documentation.
→ Demonstrated initiative and a caring, patient‑focused approach.
