Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
  • Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Provide executive support to senior management, including scheduling, communication,
    and organizing meetings.
  • Coordinate business development activities and support company growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and strategies.
  • Liaise with external vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and managerial positions.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written, spoken, and read).
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven background in HR, business development, and as a business partner.
  • Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
