Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper maintenance by adhering to the assigned maintenance schedule.
- Diagnose assigned service requests to identify root causes and implement efficient longterm resolutions, including troubleshooting, fault finding, and root cause analysis.
- Brief clients on the operation and maintenance of solar plants, prioritizing customer
satisfaction. - Submit daily reports to the reporting manager on the status of all assigned tasks.
- Adhere strictly to SOPs set by the company, including filling required forms at various
stages of project execution. - Conduct quality assessments and maintenance activities for both rooftop and groundmounted solar plants in the assigned region.
- Adhere strictly to preset parameters for quality assessment post-installation at all sites
Mandatory Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B. Tech. (Electrical).
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Preferably own a two-wheeler for ease of transport.
- Willingness to learn.
- Passion for delivering high-quality results and taking complete accountability.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
