About the Role:

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes ROAS.
If you’re data-driven, creative, and experienced in handling Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, this is your moment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and deliver actionable reports
  • Implement robust targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking
  • Manage budgets efficiently and identify opportunities for scaling
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience sets
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing, campaign planning, and optimization
  • Strong understanding of CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion funnels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Agency experience is a big plus
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite
