About the Role:

Join the Learn2Read team as a Phonics Teacher! We’re looking for a smart and
experienced teacher who is creative, has an excellent command of spoken and written
English, and can engage kids in a fun and interactive manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Getting an in-depth understanding of the teaching module provided by Learn2Read.
  • Completing the required learning program within the designated timeframe with
    ideal results.
  • Coming up with creative and fun ideas to teach kids using different props in every
    session.
  • Collaborating with the Learn2Read team regularly.
  • Providing regular feedback on the kids to Learn2Read and maintaining records.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in kindergarten and pre-primary levels for
    kids between 3-8 years.
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of phonics.
  • Phonics certification OR Online EdTech experience.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Skill to deal with young kids with patience and empathy.
  • Passion for teaching and belief in building a solid foundation for kids at an early age.
  • Must possess basic computer skills.
  • Must have a laptop with an internet speed of a minimum of 100 MBPS.
