About the Role:

Join the Learn2Read team as a Pre-Primary Math Teacher! We are seeking creative and
experienced teachers who have an exceptional command of Hindi/English and can
engage kids in a fun and interactive manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the teaching modules provided by Math Ninja.
  • Complete the required learning/training program within the designated timeframe
    with the ideal result and outcome.
  • Engage students with creative and fun teaching methods, using a variety of teaching
    aids in each session.
  • Collaborate with the Math Ninja team regularly.
  • Provide feedback on the kids regularly to Math Ninja and maintain records.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Must be a Graduate.
  • Prior experience as a Montessori teacher is preferable.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in kindergarten and pre-primary levels for
    kids between 3-6 years.
  • Extremely good numeracy skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to utilize math’s in everyday life.
  • Skill to deal with young kids with patience and empathy.
  • Passion for teaching and belief in building a strong foundation for kids at an early age.
  • Must possess basic computer skills and be comfortable using a laptop.
