Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team. The
primary role of the teacher is to facilitate student learning by creating engaging lessons,
managing the classroom, and collaborating with colleagues and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare lessons using best pedagogical practices
- Create a positive and respectful classroom environment
- Engage and motivate students through effective teaching methods
- Provide timely feedback and support individual student needs
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to school policies
- Contribute to school and student life by participating in various activities
- Support Assistant Teachers and prioritize student needs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified teacher with the ability to engage students across ability ranges
- Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Passion for teaching and willingness to take on added responsibilities
