You’ll Make an Impact by:

  • Placing collection calls to customers, performing follow-ups, reconciliation, and
    administrative paperwork.
  • Verifying and processing lien waivers.
  • Executing collection plans, resolving billing disputes.
  • Communicating customer issues to Operations and/or Sales.
  • Recommending account blocks or legal action when necessary.
  • Preparing customer statements and financial reports.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate cash application.
  • Processing credit card payments.
  • Arranging payment plans with delinquent customers.

You’ll Win Us Over by:

  • Holding an Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related financial field
    (preferred).
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in accounting functions.
  • Possessing collection experience in a multinational corporation (MNC).
  • Demonstrating the ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced
    environment.
  • Working independently with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Reading and understanding standard contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
