About the Role:

You’ll craft intuitive, data-driven product experiences that guide users through complex
financial workflows. From user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity mock-ups and
prototypes, you’ll collaborate with researchers, engineers, and PMs to bring magical,
actionable features to life.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Design: Lead the full design cycle—research, conceptualization,
wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and handoff.
User & Data Research: Synthesize user insights and analytics to inform feature
decisions and validate designs.
Collaboration: Partner with engineers to understand technical constraints and
with PMs to align on business goals.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain reusable components, style guides, and
motion/interaction patterns.
Advocacy & Consensus: Evangelize design vision, rally stakeholders, and
incorporate feedback through iteration.

Requirements:

→ 2–6 years of product design experience, with at least 2 years on B2C mobile apps.
→ Mastery of Figma (or Sketch/InVision) for interface design and prototyping.
→ Experience with interactive prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie) and motion
design (After Effects).
→ Strong portfolio demonstrating shipping consumer-facing products end to end.
→ Deep understanding of design systems, user flows, and complex system
architecture.
→ Excellent communication skills and ability to build consensus in a fast-paced
startup environment.
