Key Responsibilities:
- Design customer experience processes for various life stages of the customer journey
(BUY, Onboard, Manage, Pay) for new products. - Identify issues, gaps, and design solutions to enhance the customer journey.
- Use a data-driven approach to analyze customer Voice of the Customer (VOC) and
identify root causes for issues, implementing structural solutions through refined
processes. - Drive simplification and redesign of existing processes, collaborating crossfunctionally with teams such as product, sales, legal, regulatory, and marketing.
- Write detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for journey design.
- Define and own metrics around processes, driving continuous improvement.
- Understand underlying systems and tech stacks to leverage technology in designing
processes.
