About the Job:

The Enterprise Business Services team is dedicated to building a resilient organization
encompassing service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and
Associate Digital Experience.
Walmart Global Tech India focuses on deploying enterprise solutions across our global
business markets.
As part of this team, you’ll contribute to Finance Modernization and Digital Transformation
initiatives, consolidating and transforming data from Walmart’s diverse systems to
support global finance functions.
You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions that drive efficiency in
our back-office processes, leveraging technology to support billions of transactions
monthly.

Job Responsibilities:

➢ Analyze and develop roadmaps for Finance Modernization and Digital
Transformation initiatives.
➢ Consolidate and transform data from Walmart’s systems to support global finance
functions.
➢ Build a cloud-based data service platform for internal and external applications.
➢ Design solutions impacting the day-to-day operations of Walmart across multiple
markets.
➢ Address complex business problems spanning multiple countries and user bases.

What You Will Bring:

➢ 3-6 years of experience in related domain and role.
➢ Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering or management preferred.
➢ Experience in software product management, ideally in the
finance/retail/ecommerce industry.
➢ Ability to develop and champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
➢ Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
➢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
➢ Prioritization, design, and implementation of projects and enhancements.
➢ Collaboration with cross-functional teams to launch products and drive adoption.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 3 years’
    experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related
field with 2 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing,
large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
