As a Product Training & Enablement Specialist at CACTUS AI Solutions, you’ll be the face of 50+ groundbreaking AI solutions — leading high-impact enterprise demos, presenting at top industry conferences and webinars, and creating compelling video and written content that drives GTM success globally.

🗂️ Key Responsibilities:

  • 🎤 Serve as the internal and external ambassador for CACTUS AI solutions — present at industry conferences, webinars, and virtual events while staying ahead of AI, publishing, and enterprise SaaS trends
  • 🎯 Deliver high-impact, tailored product demonstrations to enterprise clients — translating complex AI capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives that resonate with decision-makers
  • 📋 Train sales, customer success, and partnerships teams on product positioning — creating demo scripts, playbooks, FAQs, and objection-handling guides while feeding structured client feedback back to product teams
  • 🎬 Create compelling product videos (walkthroughs, feature launches, explainers), webinar decks, thought leadership presentations, and solution briefs — shaping product messaging and aligning with leadership on GTM strategy

✅ Requirements:

🔑 Must-Haves:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 💼 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solution consulting, pre-sales, or product enablement
  • 🏢 Proven experience working with B2B SaaS or AI-driven platforms
  • 🎤 Excellent public speaking, presentation, and storytelling skills — simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

🛠️ Technical Skills:

  • 🎬 Experience creating product videos — walkthroughs, feature launches, explainers — and written product content
  • 🤖 Background in AI, machine learning, research tech, publishing tech, or enterprise productivity tools is strongly preferred
  • 📊 Ability to deliver tailored enterprise product demos with measurable, outcome-driven narratives
  • 🌍 Comfortable working across global time zones in a fully remote-first environment
