Job Responsibilities:
→ Oversee the entire manufacturing process from cut to pack.
→ Manage production planning and control.
→ Ensure 100% compliance with desired quality parameters.
→ Develop patterns and samples based on market demand.
→ Lead a team of professionals and blue-collared associates.
Requirements:
→ Education: Leather Technology preferred.
→ Experience: 7-10 years in Fashion Gloves Production.
