Role Overview:

As Program Manager – Tech Enablement, you’ll lead the design, execution, and
management of technology‑driven learning programs. You will collaborate with leaders
and subject‑matter experts to build curricula that integrate emerging technologies. Your
work will ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes, support strategic priorities,
and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Strategic Alignment & Advocacy: Partner with business leaders to assess skill
gaps, define enablement interventions, and align learning initiatives with strategic
objectives.
→ Learning Journey Design: Lead instructional design processes—working with
SMEs to craft engaging, multi‑modal learning journeys that map to the software
development lifecycle.
→ Program Management: Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of training programs,
managing scope, schedule, budget, and cross‑functional teams for on‑time,
on‑budget execution.
→ Global Collaboration: Coordinate with international TPIL teams to share best
practices, tools, and resources—fostering a unified global enablement culture.
→ Financial Stewardship: Develop and manage budgets for tech enablement
initiatives, ensuring cost‑effective resource allocation.
→ LMS & Analytics: Leverage Learning Management Systems to deliver and track
training; analyze data to measure program effectiveness and present insights to
stakeholders.
→ Vendor Partnerships: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external
vendors and industry experts to augment internal learning capabilities.
→ Innovation & Change Management: Stay abreast of emerging learning
technologies and methodologies; drive change management strategies to ensure
adoption and engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

→ Experience: 9–12 years leading technology‑focused L\&D programs, with
demonstrated success aligning learning to business strategy and driving
measurable impact.
→ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Business
Administration, or related field.
→ Technical Background: Prior experience as a software engineer or equivalent,
with strong object‑oriented programming knowledge (Java, JavaScript, C#,
Python, etc.)—full‑stack background is a plus.
→ LMS Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems and
reporting/analytics tools to assess learning outcomes.
→ Program Management: Proven ability to manage multiple large‑scale L\&D
projects using formal project management methodologies.
→ Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication, facilitation, and
interpersonal skills; capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
→ Certifications: L\&D, instructional design, or program management certifications
(e.g., CPLP, PMP) preferred.
→ Mindset: Passion for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement;
proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptive in a fast‑paced environment.
