About the Role:
As a Program/Project Management Associate Analyst on Salesforce’s Strategy &
Programs team, you will help scale and communicate high‑impact sales plays, optimize
pipeline generation, and provide data‑driven insights to achieve run‑rate revenue targets.
You’ll partner closely with regional sales teams and global programs to ensure seamless
execution across India.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Sales Play Analysis: Analyze and prioritize sales plays to drive scalable run‑rate
revenue across Account Executives.
→ Program Activation: Collaborate with India Sales and enablement teams to
launch and track key programs regionally.
→ Global Alignment: Work with local and global Sales Programs colleagues to
enhance pipeline health and programmatic activities.
→ Operational Cadence: Support recurring pipeline‑generation rituals—forecast
reviews, scorecards, and progress reporting.
→ Ad Hoc Plays: Develop specialized sales plays based on recent wins across
industries and geographies.
→ Communication: Evangelize program updates and successes via newsletters,
intranet posts, and presentations.
→ Market Responsiveness: Advise on go‑to‑market adjustments in response to
regulatory changes or market shifts.
→ Senior Management Support: Handle ad‑hoc data requests and prepare
executive‑level summaries as needed.

Requirements:
→ Experience: 1–3 years in project or program coordination within a sales,
consulting, or SaaS environment.
→ Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis—comfortable with Excel or BI tools
to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
→ Process Orientation: Strong aptitude for defining, documenting, and improving
business processes and workflows.
→ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to craft
clear, concise messaging for diverse audiences.
→ Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to build relationships across functions and
drive initiatives to completion.
