HCL Tech invites applications for the position of Project Lead in Pune. As a Project
Lead, you will be instrumental in creating, assigning, and tracking project work plans,
providing technical guidance, ensuring process improvement, and fostering a culture
of continuous improvement. If you possess a background in Site Reliability Engineering
and a passion for leading successful projects, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, assign, and track project work plans for timely delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance for work completion.
  • Ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module.
  • Participate in technical discussions and reviews.
  • Monitor and track work schedules to meet quality standards.
  • Develop and guide team members to enhance technical capabilities.
  • Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and project risks.

Qualifications:

  • B-Tech degree.
  • 5-9 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
