About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage our Hardware Asset Management
program. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of hardware
assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with internal policies and
regulatory requirements, and optimizing asset utilization. You will also be responsible
for continuous process improvements and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Asset Management: Develop and maintain an effective hardware asset
  management program. Track and manage hardware assets, ensuring accurate inventory
  records, and overseeing their lifecycle.
• Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and
  internal policies. Conduct audits to verify compliance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve hardware asset
  management processes. Implement industry best practices and provide training to staff
  on policies and procedures.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with hardware vendors, negotiate
  procurement contracts, monitor vendor performance, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present reports on hardware asset status,
  utilization, and compliance. Maintain up-to-date documentation and support audits with
  necessary information.

Skills Required:

Core Skills:

• Strong background in hardware asset management and compliance management.
• Experience with procurement processes, internal audits, and reporting.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of IT asset management frameworks and standards.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with external audits.
• Knowledge of Software Asset Management and ITIL Processes.
• Project management experience in asset management.
