Responsibilities:
Join the dynamic Risk Department at Société Générale and contribute to its business
growth. Key responsibilities include:
➢ Budget creation, planning, and optimization.
➢ Budget and forecast maintenance and control.
➢ Collaboration with ExCOs Managers for budget exercises.
➢ Driving CTB projects and tracking updates.
➢ Leading department-level initiatives on CSR and Learning & Skilling.
➢ Creating hiring plans and monitoring recruitment targets.
➢ Managing seating needs and coordinating administrative tasks.
➢ Assisting BL Head in organizing executive committees and governance meetings.
➢ Serving as a single point of contact for ad hoc requests and admin tasks.
➢ Implementing KPIs and dashboards for reporting.
Profile Required:
Candidates should possess:
➢ Dynamic, self-motivated, and independent qualities.
➢ Proficiency in MI reporting and stakeholder management.
➢ Strong Excel skills and project management proficiency.
