Job Description:

As a Proposal Engineer, you will be pivotal in steering the growth of Siemens Smart
Infrastructure. Your responsibilities include:

  • Thoroughly reviewing RFQ/Enquiry documents, comprehending technocommercial requirements.
  • Crafting Budgetary and firm bids, inclusive of offer text, cost calculations, and
    comprehensive bid documents.
  • Collaborating with vendors/procurement to secure optimal Techno-commercial offers.
  • Providing precise technical clarifications to clients, partners, sales, ICB, and BD.
  • Actively participating in technical discussions, offering insights for effective cost optimization.
  • Coordinating with operations for Proposal Optimization to ensure seamless execution.
  • Evaluating and analysing both won and lost orders to derive valuable insights.
