About the Role:
🛡️ As a Quality Analyst, you will be the guardian of software quality, meticulously testing functional and technical aspects across web, mobile, and e-commerce applications.Your detailed insights and testing expertise will shape innovative solutions while identifying bugs and ensuring customer delight through flawless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🧪 Execute comprehensive manual testing across software testing lifecycle and methodologies.
  • 🐛 Identify bugs, craft detailed test plans/cases/scripts, and create comprehensive defect reports.
  • 📱 Test web, mobile, native apps, APIs, and e-commerce platforms across multiple devices.
  • 🔄 Perform smoke testing, regression testing, and defect tracking with precision.
  • 📊 Demonstrate proficiency in ReactJS/JavaScript projects and basic automation testing.

Requirements:

  • 🎓 MCA or B.Tech (CS/IT) with strong understanding of software testing lifecycle.
  • 💻 Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript preferred).
  • 🧠 Passionate testing mindset with excellent attention to detail and quality focus.
  • 💬 Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • 📚 Familiarity with e-commerce, website/API/mobile testing is a plus.
