As a Quality Auditing Analyst at Accenture, you’ll be at the intersection of marketing operations and quality management β ensuring that digital marketing campaigns and systems are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable results. ποΈ Key Responsibilities:
- π Create and execute test cases and test plans for digital marketing projects, ensuring quality across all campaign processes and systems
- π Perform functional testing of digital products including mobile web applications and responsive websites across multiple OS platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
- π Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems in marketing operations, collaborating with peers and reporting progress to supervisors
- π Support day-to-day marketing operations including campaign execution, data analysis, budget management, and quality control activities β including rotational shift work as required
β Requirements:
π Must-Haves:
- π Any Graduate with 3β5 years of experience in QA testing or marketing operations
- π§ͺ 1β3 years of hands-on experience in testing methodologies β White Box, Black Box, and Manual Testing
- π¬ Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- π€ Team player with a flexible, proactive attitude and ability to work in rotational shifts
π οΈ Technical Skills:
- βοΈ Expertise in functional testing of digital products β mobile apps, responsive websites, and multi-platform OS testing
- π Experience creating test plans, test cases, and QA documentation for various projects
- π£ Knowledge of Digital Marketing Channels β SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing
- β Good to have: ISTQB Certification, Digital Marketing Certification, Agile testing experience
