Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Analyst (Wet Lab) to join our team in Malanpur.
This role is critical in ensuring the highest quality standards through rigorous testing, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance ⚖️.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on laboratory skills and experience with wet lab analytical techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Maintain 24×7 audit readiness and support internal and regulatory audits
📌 Investigate and report deviations, OOS, OOT, and borderline results thoroughly
📌 Perform sample collection and analytical testing for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods
📌 Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in analytical records and systems 📝
📌 Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments regularly
📌 Enforce compliance with cGMP, GLP, and safety protocols in lab operations
📌 Prepare and review department SOPs, STPs, and other quality documents
📌 Manage chemical inventory and labeling of samples with attention to detail
📌 Lead housekeeping and 5S initiatives for lab efficiency and safety 🧹
📌 Support continuous improvement programs for QC efficiency enhancement ⚡
📌 Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
🎯 Master’s degree in Chemistry
🎯 Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or API quality control labs
🎯 Proficiency in wet lab instruments such as Karl Fischer titrator, FTIR, UV, Polarimeter, and X-ray Diffraction
🎯 Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, audit processes, and data integrity practices
🎯 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
🎯 Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in shifts as required
