About the Role:
As a Quality Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, you’ll lead the QA team and ensure that all production and quality processes meet global standards.
You’ll focus on team leadership, process compliance, reporting, machine maintenance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing set-up.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Supervise and guide the QA team, planning staffing and training effectively
📌 Oversee compliance with SOPs and maintain high quality standards in testing
📌 Lead documentation, reporting, and defect pattern analysis; share insights with management
📌 Manage regular machine maintenance, calibration, and audit readiness
📌 Conduct weekly meetings, address quality issues, and plan leave schedules
📌 Support HR planning, audits, stock management, and quarterly performance appraisals
📌 Assist with system updates and organizational improvements
Basic Requirements:
🎯 5–10 years’ experience in quality assurance/management (textile background preferred)
🎯 BSc/BTech in Science, Textile, or related fields (diploma holders with strong experience welcome)
🎯 Excellent spoken English and computer skills
🎯 Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills
🎯 Ability to handle audits, compliance, and continuous process improvement
