About the Role:

As a Recruiting Operations Specialist in Salesforce’s Global Operations Centre (GOC),
you will ensure the seamless execution of our global recruiting processes. You will
manage case resolutions in our Recruitment Operations queue, conduct compliance
audits, and coordinate background investigations—partnering with internal and external
stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management: Triage and resolve recruitment operations cases, ensuring
timely closure and stakeholder satisfaction.
Audits & Compliance: Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment
audits; maintain strict adherence to policies and regulations.
Background Screening: Oversee candidate background investigations and
adjudication processes, collaborating with external vendors and legal teams.
Cross‑Functional Partnership: Liaise with Hiring Managers, HR Business
Partners, Recruiting Coordinators, and IT teams to streamline processes.
System Testing: Partner with Business Technology and HR Technology teams to
test and validate recruitment system enhancements.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate dashboards and reports to provide insights on
recruiting operations performance and SLAs.
Global Support: Work with regional and global teams (AMER, EMEA, JAPAC) to
ensure consistent service delivery.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive candidate and employee information with the
highest level of discretion.

Requirements:

Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment operations, HR operations, or talent
acquisition support.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, advanced Excel, and Workday
or similar ATS/HRIS platforms.
Compliance: Hands‑on experience with audit processes, compliance
frameworks, and background investigation programs.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to interact
professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical Aptitude: Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort with data
analysis to drive operational improvements.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed
environment and meet SLAs consistently.
Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity
and discretion.
