Job Summary:
Join GE Healthcare as the Regional Application & Product Manager for South & East India.
Provide technical and clinical support during the sales process within the geographic
region. Responsibilities include clinical trial support, pre-sale and post-sale training, and
managing Point of Care Ultrasound workshops.
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Improve customer satisfaction and retention through continuing education on
equipment utilization.
➢ Support trade shows, conferences, and workshops with product demonstrations,
promotions, and customer training.
➢ Assist sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies
using market and product knowledge.
➢ Produce post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer
satisfaction.
➢ Develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned
territory.
➢ Track and communicate market trends, competitor data, and develop effective
counterstrategies.
➢ Increase orders, sales, margin, and share through clinical consulting and
educational support.
➢ Develop in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, and markets.
➢ Make decisions within a defined framework, with some autonomy in final decisions.
➢ Provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information
in straightforward situations.
Required Qualifications:
➢ Advanced experience in Sales & Clinical Sales equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
➢ Minimum of 10 years clinical/technical experience following certification or 10 years
commercial applications/modality experience.

➢ Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
➢ Established project management skills.
