About the Role:
As a Registered Midwife, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive maternity care, including prenatal, labor, and postnatal support. You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe deliveries and exceptional patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert midwifery and maternity care services.
- Offer family planning guidance and support to patients.
- Assist in labor and delivery, ensuring a safe birthing experience.
- Monitor and assess maternal and newborn health.
- Educate and counsel patients on prenatal and postnatal care.
- Maintain detailed medical records and reports.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery, Nursing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of family planning, maternity care, and midwifery practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
