Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree/BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Electronics
Engineering/Information Technology/MCA/M.Sc. (IT) or equivalent. - Certification in CCNA.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in network handling.
- Proficiency in working with MPLS and other wireless media.
- Knowledge of networking devices and configuration in Branch end devices
(SD WAN routers, L2 switches, etc.). - Sound knowledge of routing protocols.
- Ability to perform activities for various links, including ticket lodging,
report generation from NMS, call handling, ticket tracking, etc. - Ability to troubleshoot LAN & WAN issues.
- Good communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong team management and coordination skills
