About the Role:

Are you a natural salesperson with a passion for hospitality? As a Sales Associate, Retail at
Atlantis Dubai, you will be key in enhancing the customer shopping experience across our
retail outlets. You will provide informative product recommendations and ensure that
every guest receives top-notch service on the shop floor. Working on a rotational basis
across branded retail outlets at Atlantis, The Palm and Aqua venture World, you will greet
guests with a warm smile and represent the Atlantis brand. Flexibility is essential as you
will work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver service standards in line with company and departmental guidelines.
• Meet individual revenue targets on the shop floor daily.
• Follow processes to minimize stock loss through proper handling of damages, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure the retail outlet is presented at the highest standard every day.
• Assist customers by providing detailed product information and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

About You:

• You naturally engage with guests, greet them warmly, and act as an ambassador for the Atlantis brand.
• You have experience in a similar retail sales role, preferably in the hospitality or waterpark industry.
• You are flexible, able to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• You are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic retail setting.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to support sales targets are essential.
