About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative at Fi, you will drive outbound prospecting to
identify and qualify leads, set up high-value meetings for our sales team, and nurture
relationships through the early stages of the sales funnel. You’ll leverage research,
outreach, and storytelling to build a pipeline that fuels Fi’s growth in the Delhi market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold
calls, and personalized emails.
Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outreach to set qualified
meetings for the sales team.
Pipeline Nurturing: Create compelling narratives around Fi’s products to move
leads through the sales funnel.
Collaboration: Partner with account executives and marketing to refine
messaging and outreach strategies.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM,
tracking key metrics and targets.

Requirements:

→ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
→ Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive mindset and team-oriented
approach.
→ Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
