About the Role:
📞 As a Sales Development Representative, you will build pipeline for Udemy’s Account Executives across SMB and enterprise segments by engaging inbound prospects and outbound targets.You’ll use a customer‑first, consultative approach to understand prospect needs, tell the Udemy Business story, and qualify opportunities using modern sales tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • ☎ Respond to and qualify inbound Udemy Business inquiries, driving high-impact conversations via phone, email, LinkedIn, video, text, and other channels.
  • 📣 Become a strong storyteller who clearly communicates Udemy Business’ value proposition to key stakeholders.
  • 🧩 Leverage tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc., to manage pipeline, track metrics, and optimize your outreach.
  • 🗂 Strategically manage your book of business, master core sales skills (calling, time management, territory planning, digital strategy), and follow structured processes to exceed goals.
  • 🌈 Contribute to Udemy’s inclusive culture by championing your own and teammates’ wins in a hybrid environment.
