Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Heads to develop and implement sales strategies aimed
at generating incremental revenue from existing customers. - Effectively position Darwinbox to secure additional revenue through strategic business
expansion and renewals. - Work closely with customer success teams to ensure committed results, turning satisfied
customers into Darwinbox advocates. - Foster strong relationships with clients, encouraging them to share their positive
Darwinbox experiences with potential prospects. - Stay updated on the latest HR Tech trends, and engage in crafting solutions for clients’
HR technology needs through new modules, strengthening client relationships. - Represent Darwinbox at industry events and conferences, actively networking and
promoting our value proposition. - Serve as a trusted advisor to customer CXOs, helping define their Human Capital
roadmap.
Requirements: - 10-12 years of experience
- MBA preferred
- Experience in People Advisory or solution-oriented consulting roles is an added plus
- Flexibility with work timings and travel
- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Preference for candidates with experience in People Advisory practices, IT Advisory,
Shared Services, etc. Experience with enterprise sales is a plus - Proven ability to understand customer pain points and propose solutions
- Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with C-level executives and line of
business representatives - Track record of achieving results with minimal supervision. Experience in building a
vertical/new business is a plus
