Work directly with founders managing closers, metrics analysis, and repeatable sales framework development.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Coach closers hitting monthly targets; optimize WhatsApp/call lead qualification/follow-up systems.
- 🔧 Analyze daily metrics (calls/connects/closes); conduct weekly training/call reviews; fix bottlenecks.
- 📈 Build scalable sales processes ensuring predictable revenue growth for creator academy programs.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ 2+ years sales team leadership; proven target achievement; CRM/sales automation expertise.
- 🔒 Excellent communication/leadership; high-accountability mindset; EdTech experience preferred.
