Key Responsibilities:

  • 🛠️ Implement sales/marketing strategy with channel partners; onboard new distributors/SIs; achieve 95% say-do ratio on monthly targets.
  • 📊 Manage sales funnel/CRM (Salesforce preferred); track specifications with consultants; ensure timely billing/collections.
  • 🌐 Conduct monthly specifier visits (60-70% travel); provide presales/design support; leverage ELV integrator connections for project wins.

Requirements:

Core Skills:

  • 🛠️ 6–10 years indirect B2B sales; HVAC solutions (valves/actuators/BTU meters/chillers/VFDs); BMS/PICV/ball valves/damper actuators expertise.
  • 🔒 Application know-how for customized HVAC/BMS proposals; consultative sales; territory management across Maharashtra/Madhya Pradesh.

Desired:

  • 📊 CRM proficiency (Salesforce); existing ELV SI/reseller networks; solution selling experience.
