Job Purpose:

As a Sales Manager for Commercial Vehicles, your role is to source loans from the
market using Direct Sales Associates/Teams and existing channel partners. You will be
responsible for establishing a quality loan portfolio, managing a team, and ensuring
adherence to policies and guidelines. Your contribution will be crucial in achieving the
larger objectives of the bank.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage channels from the market for acquiring business.
  • Ensure a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection.
  • Have extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and current market
    trends.
  • Identify changing market trends and develop channels for acquiring business.
  • Provide high-quality customer service.
  • Recommend improvements to processes and policies for operational efficiencies and
    high-quality customer service.

Education Qualification:

  • Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts,
    Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Management.
  • Post-graduation: MBA.

Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle financing.
