About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager at Salesforce, you will lead strategic, high‑visibility programs
from the PMO, aligning them with global business vision and operational excellence.
You’ll oversee budgets and margins, drive governance and capability improvements, and
ensure successful delivery of Salesforce and DevOps initiatives across complex,
cross‑functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Program Leadership: Drive programs of strategic importance through the PMO—
defining scope, timelines, and success metrics.
→ Financial Management: Plan, estimate, and control project costs, tracking sold
vs. delivered margins to ensure budget adherence.
→ Strategic Analysis: Evaluate program needs, develop business cases, and secure
stakeholder approval to launch new initiatives.
→ Agile & Scrum Expertise: Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies—certified as ASM or
CSM—to coordinate business and IT processes effectively.
→ Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage all impacted parties, develop
engagement strategies, and lead decision‑making forums.
→ Delivery Oversight: Provide strategic leadership for DevOps implementations,
solution integrations, and end‑to‑end project delivery.
→ Capability Building: Mentor and guide junior project managers, sharing best
practices and fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements:

→ Experience: 8+ years in IT program/project management and 3+ years specifically
leading Salesforce implementations.
→ Methodologies: Certified Agile Scrum Master (ASM/CSM) with strong command
of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
→ Technical Acumen: Hands‑on familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce
preferred), DevOps tools, and integration patterns.
→ Tools Proficiency: Expertise in JIRA, MS Project, advanced Excel, and financial
tracking systems.
→ Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management credentials are a
plus.
→ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
comfortable interacting with senior executives.
→ Mobility: Willingness to travel as required to support program needs.
