About the job:

Salesforce industries’ goal is to deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex
business problems. Salesforce Developers play a crucial role in this objective by leveraging
native Industry Cloud functionality to meet customer requirements efficiently. As a
Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will turn program designs into configured solutions,
build complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology, and mentor customer
resources. You will work in Agile scrum teams and contribute to all phases of the project
lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

→ Translate program designs into configured solutions that meet customer needs.
→ Build out complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology.
→ Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from design to deployment and
support.
→ Acquire deep product knowledge of Salesforce Industries vertical applications.
→ Mentor customer and system integrator resources and share best practices in the
Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem.

Minimum Requirements:

→ 3+ years of experience in deployment teams, preferably using Agile development
techniques.
→ Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, ideally enterprise
CRM implementations.
→ Experience in building solutions in the financial services industry.
→ Excellent communication skills and ability to lead discussions with customers.
→ Vision to contribute to taking the company to the next level.
→ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Technical Requirements:

→ Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning)
→ Java, SOAP APIs, REST (JSON, XML)
→ Data modeling
→ Process modeling tools and best practices

Preferred Requirements:

→ Knowledge of Omni Studio (Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Omni scripts)
→ Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder certification
→ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
related field
