Hiring a YouTube Script Writer for a 6.9 million subscriber channel—Charisma on
Command! If you live and breathe YouTube scriptwriting, have experience with viral
videos, and want your creative ideas to reach a massive audience, this opportunity is for

We’re seeking a talented and experienced scriptwriter who understands YouTube
retention metrics and watch time and can craft transformative scripts that elevate our
unique style.
This role is perfect for an intrapreneur who values creativity, independence, and the

Although pay starts per project, we aim to hire the ideal candidate full-time, with
additional incentives and bonuses based on the impact you make.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Script Development:
o Write transformative scripts tailored for a high-impact YouTube channel
that help the audience, boost brand value, and drive views.
→ Content Strategy:
o Apply deep knowledge of YouTube retention metrics and watch time to
craft scripts that keep viewers engaged from start to finish.
→ Collaboration:
o Work independently with minimal guidance while also collaborating with
the creative team to fine-tune scripts and incorporate visual elements.
→ Quality & Impact:
o Produce high-quality, detail-oriented scripts that integrate visual cues (clip
selections) to enhance viewer engagement.

→ Feedback and Iteration:
o Adapt quickly to feedback and make iterative improvements to ensure that
every script meets the high standards of Charisma on Command.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a successful YouTube scriptwriter with a strong
  history of viral content.
• Deep understanding of YouTube metrics, retention strategies, and
  audience engagement.
• Ability to produce transformative, high-quality scripts that are both creative
  and data-driven.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal
  guidance.
• A meticulous eye for detail—both in narrative and visual integration.
• Must be passionate about YouTube content creation and dedicated to
  continuously improving your craft.
