Job Responsibilities:
➢ Lead the design and development of scalable, top-tier front-end applications,
ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
➢ Optimize frontend performance through advanced caching strategies, REST and
GraphQL API utilization, and effective management of cookies and networking.
➢ Collaborate closely with backend engineers and product managers to deliver
integrated user experiences.
➢ Develop scalable frontend applications supporting internal workflows, backed by
automated pipelines and ML models.
➢ Stay abreast of latest frontend technologies and frameworks, setting the standard
for best practices and innovative strategies.
➢ Mentor junior frontend engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and
excellence within the team.
➢ Contribute to architectural decisions, guiding platform evolution with scalable and
maintainable code.
What We’re Looking For:
➢ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
➢ 5+ years of frontend development experience, demonstrating proficiency in
building large-scale applications from scratch.
➢ Solid grasp of web technologies, including caching, RESTful and GraphQL APIs,
networking, and cookies.
➢ Expertise in React framework, with a deep understanding of its fundamentals,
patterns, and best practices.
➢ Experience with modern frontend development tools and methodologies,
including version control systems, build tools, and testing frameworks.
➢ Track record of delivering high-quality projects within tight timelines in large-scale
product companies.
➢ Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to innovate in the face of complex
challenges.
➢ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with leadership capabilities to drive
initiatives across the company.
➢ Additional skills in JavaScript, HTML5 Canvas, Responsive Web Design, and
understanding of web performance are preferred.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
➢ Strong SQL skills for data modeling, database design, and querying in any
RDBMS/NoSQL database.
➢ Experience with geospatial concepts and visualization libraries like Leaflet, Mapbox
GL JS, and kepler.gl.
➢ Proficiency in developing backend components with Python/Django or
NodeJS/ExpressJS.
