About the Role:
As an SDET – I, you’ll design and build scalable automation frameworks, qualifying projects before and after release to ensure the highest product quality.
Your work will span the qualification of AI-driven features, building robust automated test suites, and evaluating LLM-based systems for accuracy, bias, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
📌 Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
📌 Develop end-to-end automated test systems for AI, LLM, and traditional workflows
📌 Qualify LLM and GenAI features (prompt pipelines, retrieval systems) for quality and safety
📌 Maintain evaluation frameworks tracking performance, hallucination, and bias
📌 Collaborate with product managers and ML teams to define test strategies and improve developer experience
📌 Advocate for shift-left testing and continuous DX improvements
📌 Perform analysis, debugging, and documentation of automation results

Requirements:
🎯 2+ years of software engineering/SDET/test automation with Go, Java, or Python
🎯 Experience with API testing, Docker, Git, and CI/CD integration
🎯 Familiarity with LLM APIs, GenAI, and large-scale test data generation preferred
🎯 Exposure to LLM test tools like OpenAI Evals, LangSmith, Promptfoo, or MaximAI preferred
🎯 Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
🎯 Experience in prompt engineering and LLM evaluation a plus
