Educational Qualification:
- B. Com/M. Com
- Age: 25-30
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports by analysing and summarizing account information
- Record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries
- Summarize current financial status by preparing balance sheets and profit and loss
statements - Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Produce budget according to schedule
- Maintain general ledger by transferring group accounts and preparing trial balance
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other legal requirements
- Calculate taxes and submit tax returns to comply with the law
- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
- Maintain and balance group accounts by reconciling transactions
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and issues
- Assist with annual audit preparations
- Complete external audit by analysing general ledger accounts
- Investigate and resolve audit findings and account discrepancies
- Maintain and record fixed assets
