About the Role:
As Senior Business Development Manager for Alternate Accommodation, you will lead
MakeMyTrip’s growth in the non‑traditional stays segment—villas, apartments,
homestays, and premium vacation rentals—in Goa and Mangalore. You will build and
manage partner relationships, drive onboarding and performance, and create strategies
to grow regional revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Relationship & Account Management
o Engage, negotiate, and manage partnerships with alternate
accommodation providers.
o Oversee end‑to‑end account management to ensure partner success and
sustainable performance.
→ Portfolio Growth
o Develop and execute revenue plans to meet targets, maintain competitive
pricing, and expand inventory.
o Source and onboard new properties to broaden the offerings.
→ Data Analysis & Reporting
o Generate MIS and market‑intelligence reports to track partner
performance and identify opportunities.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations to partners based on
data.
→ Deal Negotiation & Strategy
o Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and rate discussions for favourable
terms.
o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to position properties and
drive demand.

Requirements:

→ Experience: 2 – 4 years in Business Development, Key Account Management, or
related roles in travel, hospitality, or e‑commerce.
→ Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management
abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
→ Attributes: Self‑motivated, high energy, and able to work both independently and
collaboratively.
