About the Role:
As Senior Business Manager, you will:
1) Build the MyPartner Brand: Expand market presence by identifying, engaging,
and onboarding travel agents across your region.
2) Drive Adoption & Performance: Manage agent portfolios end to end—training
partners, resolving queries, and ensuring high platform usage.
3) Grow Revenue: Develop and execute regional business plans to hit net‑revenue
targets, maintain inventory competitiveness, and optimize pricing.
4) Data & Reporting: Create MIS and market‑intelligence reports to inform
go‑to‑market strategies and track KPIs.
5) Negotiation & Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships, negotiate deals, and
collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance) for seamless
launches.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Onboarding & Relationship Management:
- Sourcing, engaging, and training new travel‑agent partners.
- Providing expertise, performance analysis, and industry best‑practice
recommendations.
→ Portfolio Growth: - Setting and achieving revenue and transaction targets.
- Ensuring inventory and pricing remain competitive.
→ Data Analysis & Reporting: - Building and maintaining MIS dashboards.
- Preparing geography‑ and service‑wise sales plans.
→ Negotiation & Market Strategy: - Initiating and closing partnership deals.
- Strategizing brand and product positioning to maximize partner wallet
share.

Qualification & Experience:
→ Education: Masters from a reputed institute preferred; Bachelor’s in Business,
Hospitality, Tourism, or equivalent.
→ Experience: 4–8 years in sales, travel trade, key‑account management,
contracting, or B2B sales—handling multiple accounts and partner ecosystems.
→ Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis
and presentations.
