Job Description:
Genpact is seeking applications for the role of Senior Consultant – Business Analyst,
Reference Data Services. This position involves overseeing a work program focused on
efficiency and regulatory deliverables within the Change the Bank (CTB) Client Reference
Data Services group.
Responsibilities:
- Project planning, control, and status tracking
- Leading detailed analysis to formulate business requirements
- Documentation of business processes and test strategies
- Implementing data quality standards to reduce manual intervention
Minimum Qualifications / Skills:
- Relevant experience as a Business Analyst in the Investment Bank Domain
- Degree level qualification or equivalent industry experience in Client Reference Data
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and ability to handle volume spikes
- Outstanding attention to detail and analytical ability
- Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and Signavio process flow tools
- Experience managing Ops/Tech projects through Agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience managing relationships with senior clients
- Proficiency in SQL queries, Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
- Clear understanding of business analysis approaches and concepts
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deal with ambiguity
