Step into the role of Senior Counsellor where you will take charge of key account
management and forge strong relationships with school principals. Your role
encompasses accurate forecasting, strategic planning across diverse accounts and cities,
resource allocation, network expansion, and conducting field visits. Alongside, you’ll
provide counselling services to students and parents via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key accounts and foster relationships with school principals.
• Deliver precise forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Strategize activities across multiple accounts and cities backed by data insights.
• Allocate resources based on market potential and opportunity assessment.
• Liaise with marketing to ensure prompt delivery of sales materials.
• Extend consultant and school networks to amplify reach.
• Conduct training programs for capacity building.
• Execute a minimum number of field visits weekly.
• Offer counselling services to students and parents through diverse channels.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in the education sector.
• Proficiency in delivering impactful presentations.

• Ability to engage with senior school officials effectively.
